This 10W portable endoscope light source is very small, easy to carry, mainly used for ENT and other endoscope applications, it could be connected to rigid endoscope and flexible endoscope, doctors could use it for both diagnosis and operation, it will show you very clear image on the monitor with the help of endoscope camera.

 

BASIC PARAMETER

  1. Led power: 10W.
  1. Intensity: 170,000 Lux.
  1. Color temperature: 5,600k
  1. Working time: 2.5 hours (depends on the battery capacity).

Charging time: 3 hours (depends on the battery capacity).

  1. Battery type: standard 24K Li battery.
  1. Charger: standard parameter is 4.2V 1A, never use any charger which is more than 5V, otherwise it might cause serious battery explosion.
  1. Connector to endoscope: standard WOLF connector, other adapters are optional.

 

OPERATION

1. Check packing list: please check according to the above list, do contact your dealer if any item is missing.

  1. Remove dust cover: please remove 4# directly, never cover it whenever the light is on, otherwise led might be burnt.
  2. Remove battery cover: please remove 5#。
  1. Add battery: please add 2#, do pay attention to the positive and negative poles on the battery, insert the positive pole first, and cover it with 5#, tune it to the end until it is tight.

Note: please never add battery by opening the connecting point 6#.

  1. Light test: there is a power button on the battery cover 5#, press it to the end, release, light will be on, press it to the end again, release, light will be off.

Suppose light is on, press slightly, maybe 30%, then release, light intensity will switch, there are 4 levels for this light source, intensity will change when you press slightly.

Note: there are 3 levels for intensity for some models, depends on your requirements, please do let us know before manufacturing.

6. Connect endoscope: please connect light to endoscope after light test, and you could use it now.

  1. Battery charging: please charge the battery if intensity is very low, battery working time and charging time will be different according to the battery capacity.

 

STERILIZATION:

This product is not water proof, you may clean the main part outside with the help of 75% surgical spirit.
